Once designs are accepted and your plans are approved you are only a few steps away from your dream.

The excavation commences. This usually takes 1-2 days depending on your site conditions.

Excavation is now complete. Our steel fixer will now install all the necessary steel and form-work for your pool. This procedure normally takes around 1 day depending on the size of your pool.

Once the steel is complete we will now have our pool plumber install the primary plumbing that is required.

Upon completion of the steel re enforcement being installed in accordance with our engineer’s details , we are now ready to spray the concrete shell. This takes between 3-6 hours.

Upon completion of your concrete spray, we now allow 28 days for your concrete to cure and achieve its maximum strength.

Installation of your pool filtration system will be carried out during the concrete curing period of 28 days. This will accelerate the completion of your swimming pool and save time. The pool plumber will also install the external plumbing and filtration system during this time.

The filtration is now installed. Your safety fencing has now been erected and complies with local government requirements.Innovative Pools & Spa’s is now ready to install your coping tiles around the top of the pool and render a 150mm band so the waterline tiles can also be installed.

The pool will now be acid washed and is then ready for the interior to be applied. This process takes 4-6 hours. The Quartzon or Pebble is left to cure overnight and is acid washed the following day. Your accessories will now be fitted, such as pool lights and PVC eyeball fittings.

Handover

Handover is when the pool is filled with water. You will be provided with a handover kit and instructions on how to maintain the correct chemical balance to operate you new filtration system.
